What Moscow actually runs
1C still dominates Russian ERP (on the order of most of the local market). Custom work sits next to it: dealer portals, mobile for the floor, integrations, English customer apps. Import substitution is not our pitch. Local vendors own that wave. We do not pretend to be a 1C franchise. We write the systems 1C does not want to be.
We work with companies in Moscow from our office in Palermo. Groups with EU trade, hospitality, logistics, or a product that must speak English and sit on EU-friendly hosting. Moscow is CET+2 (MSK). Overlap with Palermo is the whole morning and afternoon. Deal by deal: what we can ship, where data sits, how we get paid. We say it on the call. We do not put a legal opinion in the H1.
The city-site farm
Custom software, ERP, AI, then a quote wizard that only offers those. Not a catalogue of twenty Italian services pasted onto a Moscow URL. That is the doorway we already retired.
Working with a team in Italy
Moscow is two hours ahead. The overlap covers an entire working day, which is why written hand-offs matter less here than they do for the Americas.
The office is in Palermo, Sicily — CET+2 relative to Moscow, with a full shared day in common. We are in the EU, so GDPR is the default rather than an option we bolt on, and data can stay in the EU when your contract needs it. There is one phone number, +39 091 748 0072, and the person who answers it is Davide di Vietro or the project manager on your work — not a switchboard.

How the work is delivered
It starts with a call about the process, not a price. Then a written scope that says what is in and what is out — the second list is the one that prevents arguments. Work runs in two-week sprints, each closing with something you can actually click. The repository is yours from the first commit, in your organisation on GitHub or GitLab, so changing supplier later costs you a conversation rather than a rewrite.
We do not resell licences, so we have no reason to talk you into a tool you do not need. If something off the shelf covers your case, we will say so before you sign — that answer is cheaper for you and it is how we would want to be treated.
Software requested in Moscow
This city-site is organised around what companies there actually commission — not a cloned “software house” page. Each item is its own URL, with its own copy.
- ERP / 1C neighbour — Suggest: 1C ERP, 1С бухгалтерия. We write what 1C is a poor fit for.
- CRM — Suggest: CRM Москва, Bitrix24, amoCRM. Custom CRM beside that stack.
- Logistics — Suggest: программа логистика, складской. Dispatch and warehouse.
- Custom / EU-facing — English product next to the local stack. You own the git.
Request this work
Same wizard as the Italian quote form, scoped to Moscow: you pick the software from this city’s farm, then budget, then your details. Open the Moscow request. Or call +39 091 748 0072.
